I was first employed by the Faculty of Health Sciences in the school of Community Health, the Aboriginal Education Unit (AEU) and to the School of Indigenous Health Sciences. I was elected to a term of deputy Chair of the Undergraduate Studies Committee and also as deputy chair of the Board of Examiners.
I was the District School Counsellor at Bidwill and then Model Farms High Schools. Later I was appointed Regional Specialist Counsellor in the area of emotional and behaviour disorders for the Metropolitan West Region of Sydney.
